What services does Crest Property Care offer?

We handle five categories of property care, exterior cleaning, landscaping, fences and decks, painting, and stone and interlocking, twenty specific services in total. Whatever your property needs, from a single room repaint to a full driveway installation, it's likely covered under one of these five categories, and if you're not sure which one fits, just describe what's going on when you request a quote.

What areas do you service?

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes. Every quote starts with us walking your property in person, so the price you're given reflects your actual property rather than a gen

Do you work with homes, businesses, and industrial properties?

Yes, we work across all three, residential, commercial, and industrial. We scale our crews and equipment to match the size and needs of your property, so the same level of care applies whether it's a single family home or a full industrial facility.

Can I combine services from different categories in one visit?

Yes, if your property needs work across more than one category, for example landscaping and exterior painting together, our crews can often coordinate that as one project rather than separate bookings. Let us know everything you're looking for when you request a quote, and we'll build a visit around it.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance, or only one time projects?

Both. Some work is naturally a one time project, like a driveway repaving or an exterior repaint, while other services, like lawn care or exterior cleaning, are often set up as an ongoing plan. Let us know what you're looking for when you request a quote, and we'll set up whichever fits.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the size of your property, the scope of the work, and the materials involved, which is why we walk every property in person before quoting a price. Each service has its own starting price and package tiers, which you can browse on that service's page, but your final quote is always based on your actual property.

Do I need to be home during service?

Not usually, especially for exterior work like lawn care, pressure washing, or driveway sealing. We'll confirm access details with you ahead of time, and you're welcome to be present if you'd prefer, particularly for larger projects like a full exterior repaint or a new patio.

How far in advance should I book?

It varies by service and season. Landscaping and lawn care tend to book up faster in spring and early summer, while services like painting or interlocking often have more scheduling flexibility. Reaching out early gives you the most options, regardless of which service you need.

What if I'm not sure which service I need?

That's completely fine, just describe what's going on with your property in the quote form and we'll help point you toward the right service when we follow up. Many projects also end up involving more than one category once we've taken a proper look.

What happens after I submit a quote request?

We'll follow up to confirm the details of what you're looking for and schedule a time to walk your property in person. From there, you'll get a clear, upfront quote before any work begins, and once you approve it, we'll find a time that works for your schedule.

What happens if weather affects a scheduled service?

Some services, like paving, concrete work, and exterior painting, depend on dry conditions to be done properly. If weather affects your scheduled date, we'll reach out to reschedule as soon as possible rather than compromise on the quality of the work. Services less affected by weather, like most repairs or interior work, usually aren't impacted the same way.
